The aerospace industry has many global leading companies stationed right here in Canada but when it comes to engine manufacturing, Pratt & Whitney Canada tends to be in the forefront of any conversation.   If you’re curious about what goes on behind the scenes of world class aerospace engine manufacturing or would like to see “engine”ering like never before, don’t miss out on this opportunity.

ASME Ontario Section is proud to present a “Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) Plant Tour”!

On Thursday, May 15, 2014, we will go behind the scenes of this industrial Canadian-aerospace facility icon in Mississauga, Ontario (P&WC Plant 22).  Introduced in 1928, P&WC has grown and developed industry-leading radial engines including Canada’s first small turbine engine, the PT6 engine.  The tour will allow you and company to see the workings behind developing P&WC’s infamous Turbofans, Turboprops and Turboshafts.  So feel free to join us and invite family and friends as well for this amazing experience.
