2013/08/24 - The Physics and Engineering of the game of Golf - Saturday, August 24th

ASME Ontario is proud to present "The Physics and Engineering of the game of Golf"! We will explore the physics, mechanics, and technology of golf from the ball, to the clubs, to the mechanics of the golf swing. We will also look at the body and how it is used properly to provide maximum results!


We're inviting our members to join us for a morning with a golf expert, Greg Squires!

Light refreshments will be provided.

Registration fee:$20 for ASME members,
$30 for non-members.
Price includes unlimited golf balls and club rentals (if required).

Been playing golf for 28 years. Played in 8 of Canada's 10 provinces, several states in the US (California, Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas), and in Hong Kong. Played in the world's largest golf tournament - World Amateur Handicap Championship twice. Was a member of a private golf club north of Toronto. Lowest handicap: 8
