Want to know how a car is made!!!
ASME Ontario Section is pleased to invite you and your family or guests (Children must be 8 years of age and must be accompanied by an adult) to join us for a plant tour of the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) located in Cambridge, ON. 
On Tuesday, January 24th, 2012.

Date:Tuesday, January 24, 2012  
Time:Tour starts at 2:00 pm (Please be there before the start time)
Location:1055 Fountain Street North, Cambridge, Ontario When arriving please enter at Gate 2, and park in Visitor's Parking. Proceed to the Gate 2 Guard House.
Registration fee:Free for members, 
$5 for non-members 

*NOTE: ASME members will have priority registration for this event Registration fee will be collected at the location of the tour

Upon arrival at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada Inc. (TMMC), visitors are welcome to browse the state-of-the-art Visitor’s Center which features products made at TMMC as well as interactive displays. The tour program consists of a 10-minute video presentation about TMMC, its history and manufacturing methods. Following the video presentation, visitors embark on a motorized tram tour through the Welding and/or Assembly shops. Watch Toyota Team Members and robots build the Matrix CUV, Corolla 4 Door Sedan, and the Lexus RX350 SUV. Between its 2 manufacturing plants located in Cambridge, Ontario, TMMC has the capacity to produce over 300,000 units annually.
